1. If you change one thing this week try starting the day with a large glass of water. Even if your normal routine is to have your coffee or tea be the first liquid you reach for, try having the water FIRST. Cold water puts out our digestive fire so try taking in water that's room temperature or cool but not cold. And starting the day hydrated gives us better balance and gets the body moving.

2. Another daily routine to try, especially for those suffering with allergies: start using a neti pot. A neti pot is an easy way to cleanse the sinuses, freeing up pollutants & allergens that get stuck in our airways and of course, flushes out mucous. It's amazing how much clearer one can breathe when using a neti pot on a daily basis. You can follow your neti pot use with a few rounds of deep breathing and even a little meditation. Add it into your morning routine to start the day with clarity. It only takes a few minutes.
